Holds a Master’s in Instructional Design & Technology from Quinnipiac University and develops corporate training programs focused on Fair Housing compliance and engaging digital learning experiences.

Outside of design and teaching, Nikki spends time exploring new creative tools, experimenting with mixed media and animation, taking online courses, and reading.
